Of course we do. But we think on balance, having a pop up asking for a review works well. It allows us to hear from visitors about what they like and they don't like. We can then write or amend our content to help answer those burning homebuying and owning questions. Or deal with an annoying tech issue. Every review is seen by the entire HOA team. We love feedback.

I'm sorry that you didn't get the data that you wanted. Our valuation is meant to be a ball park figure and in no way meant to replace the expertise of a local estate agent. Our valuation is based on data such as actual historic sold prices of the property as recorded by the Land Registry. It is possible that when there is less data available, e.g. where a property is in a rural area (less properties to compare against) or there have been little historic sales in an area in recent years, there are less things to measure and a valuation can vary to what an estate agent would say. “Not really any help as the council Hampshire have deemed the pothole complained about is Ok. Even though there was a hugh big bang when we went over it. As well as the cars behind us. We stopped in pitch black at side of road and the car behinds owner said our lights were out at the back. They eventually came on. But the noise was unbelievable. But the council were they said out within hours to check 2 potholes. Then said they were not being done yet??? whats going on they just dismiss us. We will not be travelling on that road again. We do not live there and could not take a picture in the pitch black. So whats to be done?”
