“Just a quick read helped me avoid a few potential pitfalls around a Leasehold/Fleecehold purchase. Definitely informs on the things new build developers wont tell you and really highlights and reaffirms how unscrupulous and non-customer supportive many New build developers can be. This encouraged me to look further into their common practices Some are now just selling "freeholds" but with a lifetime ground rent charge and a charge for even considering consent to make any alterations to the property. "Fleecehold" practices Coming here saved me thousands and prevented a lot of future problems, Thanks.”

“You've really depressed me. How on earth do you work out the valuations? It's about £100K out! I know what properties are selling for on my block. Also, the explanation is confusing. How about some bullets or numbers to give us step by step guide.”
