“VERY USEFUL INFO RE SELLING REMORGAGE ETC .THE COLD CALLS DO NOT EXPLAIN THIS, AND THE BIG MORGAGE LENDERS WHO WILL NOT GRANT,SAYS "STAY AWAY", AND ANY HEAT THAT IS COLLECTED IN THE LOFT IS EXTRACTED VIA THRU VENTILATION. BETTER TO INSULATE YOUR LIVING SPACE , JOIST DOWNWARDS.have had firms round telling me how good spray foam is but evade the condensation, building regs and selling issue, and tell me they block all facia and loft thru vents to keep the loft warm. not recommended or allowed in some build regs . my opinion a grey area..THANKS John”
