N0, I was looking at how much house prices were so why do I have to give my PERSONAL details??
Helpful Report
Misleading figures. Out of date information.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We work really hard to ensure that our figures are up to date and regularly review all of our cost guides. We used our suppliers as a basis for the costs and we give a range. But no architects firm is the same so we recommend people shop around. You can find local architects near you using our comparison service - https://hoa.org.uk/services/find-an-architect-near-me/.
Not useful. Did not give a valuation. Were you simply wanting my email address?
Helpful Report
No it was of no use

Not really and your english is so poor !!!!!

After you fill in your house details for an anstant valuation you find the site also wants your personal information and you have to agree to spam. No way! waste of time. Use Zooppla instead.

it calculated sdlt on purchase price of 40,000 to be 6million pounds what a load of rubbish this site is

Hi, we have just investigated this and you are right - there is a bug with our calculator if you enter a price between £10k and £40k. You don't need to pay stamp duty on properties above to £250k, unless you are purchasing an additional property. If this is the case there will be a 3% flat rate. We will be fixing our calculator right away. Paula
You offer to give quick evaluations but it turns out just a marketing ploy - all that was wanted was a valuation for home insurance renewall so that you can answer the question of value correctly.

total rubbish , how do you come up with such wild estimates, valuation 1/4 of recent valuation

Unable to find any information on my property to make a valuation

Don't bother with this site!! Grossly undervalued my house! For a 5 bedroom character property with double garage and barn????? I have been on several sites and all of them valued at least £90,000 higher!!

Hi, I'm sorry to see that you have been disappointed with our valuation calculator. The valuation is offered as an estimation and not designed to replace the expertise or local knowledge of a reputable estate agent. The automated valuation is based on various data points, such as historic sold prices of the property and others in the area. It is possible that when there is less data available, e.g. where a property is in a rural area (less properties to compare against) or there have been little historic sales in an area in recent years, there are less things to measure and a valuation can vary to what an estate agent would say. It does sound like you have a lovely and unique property (not many properties can boast having a barn) which will make an online valuation less reliable. It's probably best to contact some local agents. Best of luck, Paula
Rubbish valuation

I'm sorry to hear this. Our valuation calculator should be seen as an estimate - it is not designed to replace the expertise or local knowledge of a reputable estate agent. These instances are very rare but do come up from time to time. As with any online valuation tool in any sector, it relies on what data exists and this can naturally vary per property/road in some cases. Overall, the valuation tool gives a reasonable ballpark figure but occassionally there are instances where there isn't enough data to call upon.
No. I need someone to register a lease extension.
