“The Home Owners Association website is full of practical support and information. I cannot recommend it too highly. Its not a 'blog' as so many websites are. The HOA website helped source surveyors and provided information when I needed help dealing with neighbours in serious breach of the Party Wall Act. It deals with many topics and users can find reassurance and practical help when needed. I have directed friends and family to their website and find the regular newsletters topical and informative. With the proposed (as I understand it) relaxation in Planning Regulations for extensions, the Home Owners Association will be needed more than ever.”
