“20% of us live in flats so 'house price watch' and 'house valuations' are not really relevant. Why don't you have a 'flats price watch'?”

Thanks for sharing your feedback. Just to let you know that despite the title of the various House Price Index reports, they are in effect property price indices that include the prices of all different types of properties and price trends. We do include a comment each month on house price shifts by different property types as well.
