However, I got the wrong date (for the birthday), I phoned customer service expecting to be told that they don't exchange... However the lovely lady accepted the error and happily gave me a refund code and advised me to order another and return the incorrect one. The ordering process could be much improved, difficult to work out what you've ordered and particularly on the personalisation section. I didn't get it quite right so had to order again for completeness. However the delivered product was excellent but it turned out to be far more expensive than first envisaged, but my choice and it was for 2 special people but wouldn't normally pay so much for a backdated copy of The Graundian.....”
