“I ordered a 40th birthday presentation pack commemorating every headline paper, nicely bound and personalised. That wasnt the problem, but paying for it was a nightmare! Every time I got to the payment screen, it gave me the neverending circle and then blanked the screen. This happened 3 times, I contacted their helpdesk who suggested i use another PC ! I gave up after that. Three weeks later i decided to have another go, again the same thing happened - so youre also not knowing whether your monies have been taken or not. Again i contacted the helpdesk who was a bit more helpful this time around .Finally I recieved an e mail saying that they had recieved the order! There was NOTHING at the point of sale to say all was ok.”

“This was my second purchase. The first was in January this year for my brother's 50th. I ordered the Financial Times dated 1964 and it was delivered to him in Lisbon where he now lives. He had along career in finance in the city and was fascinated to read the Financial Times published on his birth date. And it was delivered in very good time. My Mum's birthday is coming up and I was so pleased with my first purchase, I ordered The Times from 1937. It's fascinating and she's going to love it!”

“Delivery is useless. No help was given to rectify the situation. Waited for delivery 3 times, I was in and they said I wasn’t. Historic papers won’t give permission to leave in a safe place. Asked for a full refund, still waiting for it. The delivery I purchased was next day delivery as I wanted it in time for Christmas, the only option to get it there quickly (haha). Apparently they tried three times and then when going back and forth with historic papers they asked me to pay for another delivery if I wanted the product. This would have been almost £20 in delivery charges in total so at this point I wondered if it was a scam and requested a refund. I would have expected the company to have paid for the delivery and tried to get the product to me. I had already paid £10 delivery at this point. Looking forwards to a refund.”
“For 70£ it was absolutly dissapointing!Image quality very bad,ordered since 2014 received extra years before it that were of no interest.. The front page for the birthday requested was horrible!If you want something simillar look elsewhere this was a complete waste of money!!!”
