“My 86 year old dad was very happy with his Bolton football book he enjoys reading it. It is a lovely looking sturdy book, delivered quickly via royal mail even though it was Christmas and very probably a covid staff shortage. I did have a problem with my first purchase but thankfully Laura at customer services sorted it out quickly, willingly and efficiently for me. I would say buy the A3 size as having seen the smaller book it is very difficult to read, I do think the website should point this out and maybe give a photoshot of print sizes to help customers with their decision.”
