“Been a regular customer for years and can never fault the books which are always excellent value for money. Sadly, the customer service was very poor this time! Paid for a tracked delivery for 2nd or 3rd December only to be told this was not guaranteed and it would be delivered on 6th! Customer Service advisor very dismissive of the issues this caused and basically offered to refund the difference in postage or cancel my order. Very unlikely to purchase again as a result. Thanks for your response which relates to an earlier order I placed on 17th November and had no issues with. It’s the order placed at the end of November which relates to my review.
