“My personalised Football history book arrived but on opening it I was disappointed to find that the some of the text on the front of the book was missing. I reported this straight away and customer services were quick to deal with it. They offered me a discount or a new book. I went for the new book option as this was a gift for a special occasion. On receiving my new book I was bitterly disappointed to see that this was only slightly better than my first book and the same text was not printed properly. I did report this again so they could fix the printing issue but didn’t want a replacement as it would have arrived too late. This time, I didn’t hear back from customer services. It’s a real shame as the contents and the book itself is lovely. A really lovely gift for football enthusiasts.”
