“Great product but only three stars due to ordering and follow up system. 1st Ordering System - relatively easy but when I went back to check the information I had put in, it didn't hold my original input. I had ordered the item to be embossed and it wasn't which I didn't realise until it actually arrived. 2nd Follow Up System - I ordered my product late on Friday afternoon and then realised that I should have entered the recipient's full name and not just first name on the certificate. I tried ringing but the office had closed for the weekend so sent an email and also online message. Unfortunately, the production team work 24/7 but the admin team only 9 - 5 Monday to Friday (??) so, by the time they got back to me on the Monday, it was too late and the item had already been produced. To be fair though, the item is brilliant and an amazing gift - just be careful when checking your input and NEVER order on Friday afternoon or over the weekend! Update: Since posting this review, the company has offered to refund my postage as a gesture of good will which I am happy to accept as it shows they read and take reviews seriously. I am, therefore, upgrading to four stars for good customer service. Still love the product!”
