“Whilst I am reasonably happy with the product it was delivered 2 days late and too late for the event required. Also it did not contain the Newspaper page from this year which I will be making enquiries about.”
“It would really help if the product I had ordered had been delivered before asking what I thought. Is it just laziness that you ask for reviews because “that’s what we do” when ever we sell something. Try being an efficient and trustworthy provider first.

“Front cover had the gold text slightly damaged. Turned out to be a good thing as it got me to check the inside of the book. Instead of Manchester City history, it was Sheffield United... and this was due to be a Christmas present for a dedicated City fan. Hoping customer service resolve the issue and I can return with a good review.
Delivery took 4 days which for a personalised product was good.
Wish I had waited till black friday for 25% off though. It's an expensive gift.
