I was pleasantly surprised by the range of options available and particularly liked the Newspaper Book showing the headlines from the front page of my Dad's birthday for each of the last 70 years. When my Dad received it he was thrilled with it. It arrives in a stunning presentation box, and is finished to the highest standards. Moreover, the emotions it triggered as he looked back over the years were priceless. Now he can add his own memories along side the headlines of his birthday for each of those years with the handy blank photo pages that are throughout the book. My only comment would be they should make the newspaper choice more obvious. It defaults to The Mirror and you have to read the synopsis to realise there are other papers available. Terrific value, unique and personal, these are wonderful gifts.”

“This was a good present for a 90th Birthday, but as I don't currently use a newspaper, I didn't realise how many of the more recent front pages consist of just a headline, and a picture. The 1930's front pages often had 3, or even 4 small news items to interestingly read about on each front page. It was still a good present, and well received.”

“Disappointing is the headline. I ordered the Birthday Newspaper Book for my friend of over 40 years on the assumption it was a selection of newspapers, it wasn't, it was only the Daily Mirror. In terms of ordering, the tool used for adding a message is a grid of five lines, each capable of taking 30 characters... it's an appalling way of doing things because proper spacing is virtually impossible. In conclusion, it was a poor choice, it was expensive and I'd say not worth it for such an important present.”
