“Book arrived well packaged and in presentation box Actual scanned images of the news as it appeared in the newspapers at the time gives a feeling of authenticity to the whole package, the only gripes I would have was the price was a bit steep and the personalisation on front cover could have been a lilt larger.”
“Dreadful service, blobs of gold on the front of both books. Not suitable as Christening gifts. Unhelpful when I asked for a refund. Would never buy from these again and gave spread the word to others too! I did reach out and you were most unhelpful. Thanks for not reading the review correctly, it was not for Christmas.”

“I ordered three telegraph birthday books, 2 of them are fine - a few minor issues but that’s expected. However one of them was awful- so many pages and sections that are unreadable. I reached out to customer care to see if they could send a new one as it seems faulty and they told me that’s just how they come. After sending pictures they agreed it was unreadable but told me I would have to cover the cost of postage to return the item to them. Eventually they said they would refund this. They also tried to say it’s just the age of the pages, yet the two other books include pages from the same time/ older. The key thing here is how badly the customer care team spoke to me. They said they can’t be expected to check every book or they’d get no orders sent (and that they have 1000’s to get through an day…) and at every point were just unhelpful and rude. Honestly have never had such bad responses from a company seeing as their product is not as distributed. I couldn’t recommend the product and service less to be honest. I’m not one to leave reviews but highly recommend everyone avoids. Quality and service just so poor.”
