“I am very happy with the quality of the football book I bought for my friends 40th birthday. The only downside is I wanted his name written on the front of it and it came without it. I have spoken to a member of staff who said I chose the gift box and not the writing. I will say I wouldn't choose the box as I'm always thinking of the environment. But the main reason I chose the book is because it was something personal to him. That's nothing without his name. If this is what I chose then it was a mistake. When prepping the order I wrote his name on the cover. So somewhere something went wrong. Maybe it needs to be made clearer?”

“The item took over a week to arrive even though I paid for a speedy delivery. When it did arrive I was disappointed with the result. The pages were just photocopies of the originals and were of poor quality, faded or blurred. I didn't expect the original newspaper but a better reproduction. After saying all of this the person who received it was pleased with it so not a total disappointment. As a result of this I gave it 4 stars in my review.”
