Newspaper inside was in perfect condition, nicely wrapped in tissue and with a lovely gift card/certificate of authenticity inside. It is a little bit pricey altogether, but I'd say it was worth it as it made a lovely gift and quality was ensured. Bought it for a relative's 60th birthday and they were very pleased.”

“The envelop for my initial order arrived, but the package had been opened and the newspaper was not inside. I rang to make another order, and they just sent a replacement free of charge - they explained because the newspaper was going overseas it would automatically be opened by customs, and it would seem it just hadn't been sealed again properly. All I had to do was send a photo of the opened envelope. That is good service.”
“I was the purchaser rather than the recipient of this. I was frustrated that at the point of purchase it was impossible to add a gift message. I contacted customer services who said that unfortunately it wasn't possible to add a card with the newspaper and wine option. So i had to send a separate card to let the recipient know that the mystery gift was from me. Having said that, it arrived in time and the recipient seemed genuinely delighted.”
