“Overall experience was very good but it would be really helpful if the return address was in "code" - saying "Historic newspapers" in the address is not good at all. Very few people will buy these newspapers for themselves and many well buy them for a gift for someone they live with”
“Dreadful experience! I ordered a gift for my Aunt in plenty of time for her 80th birthday. It didn’t arrive after 3 separate promises. I changed the delivery address so she could get it direct. The delivery driver took it to the wrong address twice. It’s turns out the postcode wasn’t copied correctly by the company. Communication was good although full of broken promises! Very disappointed. I ended up cancelling my order. I would not recommend them.”
