“Ordered on the 5th for a special birthday on the 16th,,, have had to order a replacement on 14th which obviously will arrive after the occasion,, apparently the first order got ‘stuck’ between source & delivery?? Disappointed”

We're sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the quality of your order. The scans in your book come from original black-and-white microfilms, which can vary in quality due to age. While we do our best to clean them up, some older microfilms may still appear grainy or pixelated.
