“Hire space and their staff work hard and are efficient. However, some of the venues let them down by not following up enquiries as quickly and efficiently. I was left frustrated and had to go straight to other venues to enquire and obtain my booking.”

“I have had no response from some venues and it is now over 24 hours, some are also saying they have space and yet they are giving me the wrong room than advertised. Also the site does not have a clear search function that works, so most searching takes too long and mostly cannot even be found with the filters being used.”
