Hi Catherine Sorry you have felt you have not had a satisfactory experience trying to book your venue. We expect our venue community to respond within a 24 hours period and do follow up with both you and the venue if this isn't met. Looks like you did have a response from 3/4 of the venues you enquired at. If there is anything else you feel we can do to improve our service please do let us know.

Venues are suggested with prices that are just a guide and a venue will always return with a bespoke quote. Unfortunately we don't have any say in what quotes the venues will offer you, but please let us know if you think that the quotes being offered are not reflective on what is advertised on their profile.
