reception operatives seemed only interested in trying to get us to upgrade and purchase extras, and seemed annoyed that I didn't take any.

Hired a car from Easirent at gatwick Airport. The desk was fairly busy when we arrived and it took about 15 minutes to gat sorted. We had to wait for our car to be brought round, this took about 10 - 15 minutes. We hired a B class and were given a 4 seater Smart car which was way too small as we were going to use it for 4 people. Easirent changed it to a Ford Focus when without any complaints. Overall the whole process was a bit slow but I would use them again.

My only problem was one with the car itself. The socket for charging phone, satnav etc was not working which was a real inconvenience. Fortunately as a qualified vehicle technician i was able to fix the problem myself as i would have been lost without it. I think its something that should be checked before collection.

Simple to use, the booking was all perfect when I arrived at the car rental desk. There was one additional charge not mentioned specifically at time of booking, but in used to UK rentals so I knew it was coming and valid $50'charge.

I was reluctant to rent a car through a broker rather then direct with the car hire company but I got a very good deal and bought additional insurance through another insurance company.

I am very satisfield about the service what we got from your agent Goldcar . First they gave us upgrading for a bigger car which we liked a lot but then after 1 day we found out that so big car was not the right one, for parking in the city of Cannes so they gave us a smaller one . So that kind of service was exellent and we will use your service in the future again. Yours Esko from Finland

Having been able to check in online made the pickup fast and easy. We were upgraded to a much better car for no extra cost. The whole experience was very good.
