“Very Quick postage - we’re so happy we were able to get a new wheel for my toddlers balance bike from you during this time - he’s autistic and the other broke just in time for the lockdown and he’s been heartbroken, so thank you for being open and getting this to us so quickly. “Great product, unfolds and fold easily. My child weights around 20kg and is tall for her age, the potty holds her weight. We have been able to venture further afield (take longer walks) during the pandemic with these potties.”

“A really nice item, I love it! The colour is as pictured, a light grey and turquoise. Its really soft and cuddly which is a bonus as I thought it was going to be quite firm. The one I chose I feel would be suitable for a girl or boy. The app is really simple to set up & from there you can turn it on & off. This is great as it means you don’t have to open the teddy or heart pouch just to turn it off or on. A great feature especially if your child is snuggling the toy or the heart Is attaches to the pram while you are on the move. A very well thought out useful and beautiful cuddly toy. You will need x3 AAA batteries though. I would highly recommend.”

“After ordering a small parcel and problems with the delivery, I reached out to customer services and they have been great!! Excellent customer service, I feel well looked after, got offered a replacement to be sent out straight away and it arrived within two days!!! Very happy and definitely recommend!! Dead happy with the item aswell looks great!!”

“The website was excellent and there was a very good range of products. Delivery was very fast. Am disappointed that my instruments were made in China though when it states on the website they buy British wherever possible. This was one of the reasons why I had chosen Hippychick over its rivals, as I avoid products made in China.”
