“Item was great and arrived quickly. Check order confirmation before paying though - I tried to order different colour sock-ons but in my basket they were all pink - couldn't seem to get the colours that looked available. I decided to buy anyway though.”

“I love this product! I have suffered with a bad back since my second child was born (he's now 15 mths). I found this product and contacted the online help service to discuss my problem and see if the hipseat would help. The help service was very good, gave me some good advice. The hipseat arrived the next day (free delivery) and it is great, love the Liberty fabric, it is well made and stylish. It is comfortable to wear and my little boy loves sitting on it. My only criticism is that it is slightly too big, I am a size 4/6 and very petite, when I wear it on the tightest setting it is ok but I would like it perhaps an inch tighter. I have used this for 10 days now and my back pain has not got better but it is much more comfortable to pick my child up. I also feel my back is straighter when carrying him so I am probably not causing anymore damage to it. The seat totally takes the weight of the child away from the back area. I totally love this carrier, wish I had found it earlier and would recommend every mum has one!”

“I do think your range of products is good but I have had issues with your internet ordering. I have ordered 3 separate items in the sale which were all apparently in stock, available and order was processed.This was then followed with disappointing updates that products were out of stock. I think you need to look at real time stock ordering to guard against disappointed customers.”

“I was recommended the hippy chick seat by a friend and I bought it. It is helpful to carry the baby on this seat as they grow. It prevents prevents probable hurts or damage to your back.”

“First time customer to Hippychick, and cannot fault them! The parcel arrived the next day, even though I selected ordinary postage. We have three children with Autisim and the Lite Cups have been a godsend! they are durable, easy to use, able to withstand a reasonable throw to the floor, and most importantly do not leak when discarded all over the place on their sides etc . I would recommend these to any one :-)”

“These sleeved bibs are excellent. They wipe clean and stop my darling son covering his sleeves every time something distracts him from his dinner. Really pretty designs and always admired. Delivery was prompt and the fact that it was free is a really plus!”
