“I ordered three Caterpillars as presents from Hippychick. The order arrived very fast but unfortunately only one was sent. I called and informed HC of this and they apologised and stated they'll be sending the remaining two immediately. The very next day the remainder of my order arrived. So fast! On top of that there was a note from Julia explaining what happened and apologising. In addition Julia sent a lovely wooden elephant rattle as a apology. The note and extra gift was very sweet and totally put a smile on my face. The mistake was not such a big one and was rectified immediately. I was surprised with the prompt delivery. As for the Caterpillars, they was so cute. I love the pastel colours and the size is really good. My daughter has loved playing with it but at this moment in time the elephant rattle appears to be her favourite toy for sweet little fingers. Thank you HippyChick, you have made my daughter very happy.”
