“Was kept informed of order status as you’d expect. Unfortunately let down by courier who didn’t deliver on time. Rang Hippychick who sent a replacement with another courier which arrived the next day.”

“not too sure what to say as still waiting for the travel coat to arrive having been promised a delivery date earlier in the week ... I believe its been pushed on a further day or 2...all a bit disappointing. wish I could be more positive...sorry...got a feeling my grand daughter whom is coming to stay for a long weekend will arrive before her bed! you ask also about the flipfloot sleepsuits...they've not arrived either!”

“Looks great but struggling to assemble as no English instructions... Also one of the bolts on the trike conversion axle is jammed and cannot complete assembly. Awaiting sons return from work offshore to see if he can do. Otherwise may need to return. Which would be a shame as granddaughter will love it!”
