“As a grandmother, I bought this having been impressed using my daughter’s to carry her two year old son. I find him heavy to lift but walked some distance quite happily when he was, as typical it seems of his age, reluctant to go into his pushchair. Very comfortable to use and I’m sure it improved my posture. Impossible to slouch and reassuring to be held upright. Also felt in control. My grandson equally felt very secure. A brilliant invention!”

“The product I received came perfectly packed and looks adoreable, just like on the website. It's a great toy and I'm sure my baby would love it, however, it has a very strong and distinctive smell. It's so strong I'm considering getting rid of it, as the entire room I keep it in is overtaken by the odour. I didn't return it upon receiving, because I really like this toy and would love my baby to play with it and decided to try to clean it. Unfortunately none of the methods helped and it still smells horribly.”

Hi Alicja, We are so sorry to hear your Rocker isn't perfect! Our Nattou Rockers are kept in their own plastic carry cases. Because they are stored like this for a while before being sent to their new home, they can sometimes absorb the plastic smell. We recommend keeping the Rocker out of it's case for a minimum of 48 hours to let it air. The smell should then disperse. “I bought this hipseat for my daughter-in-law whose baby is 6 months old and she's thrilled with how easy it makes carrying him around as she's had back problems carrying him in the wrong position but the seat allows her to stand upright without bending to one side - she also says it makes a great elbow rest when he isn't sitting on it!!!”
