“Excellent customer service. I needed to change the delivery address. I phoned them and the address was changed straight away. The parcel was due to be delivered on monday but was in fact delivered on the friday before. Brilliant. My grandson loved his all in one and spent most of sunday morning splashing around in puddles. Perfect!”

“I ordered a packasuit aged 5-6 for my little boy. However, I was sent a suit aged 18-24 months. However, this was quickly resolved and the next day I received the correct item.”

“I really can't thank the excellent customer service enough, they have been wonderful from beginning to end. Purchased an item for our grandson's birthday present. Staff have been wonderful, when I raised an query it was dealt with swiftly and without any problems. I know our grandson will be as delighted with the gift as we are - exceptional price and delivery service too.”
