“I ordered the Nattou Tembo elephant rocker for Grandson's first Christmas. The service I received was absolutely first class. Although I never received any of the emails for confirmation or delivery details, this was my fault as I have just found them in spam folder today along with opportunity to review. I assumed this would not arrive as I had tried every company to secure this, as this is what my daughter in law really wanted for the wee one as it had all the security features meaning he can use it from a younger age. I had prepared her for the fact I had been unable to get it and never updated her when it arrived. When she helped the baby to open it, she was over the moon, I thought she would cry. We were all blown away by the softness of this rocker and very impressed by how padded and safe it is. My daughter in law just kept saying "thank you, thank you" she was so happy. The baby had a wee go on it being held up as he is only 3 months old. He had a big smile on his face so we guess he approved too. He has been on it again since Christmas and enjoys it. The service from Hippychick was amazing. I ordered it Saturday 19th December and it was with me by 21st/22nd. I was so impressed and will highly recommend the company and check y spam folder in future too.”

“Clear description of the items on the website, easy to order. We paid extra for next day delivery - unfortunately the item arrived the next day but one but this may have been due to the current COVID situation and a currier issue.”
