Purchase process went well. Car developed a fault with the rear heated seats. Was advised to get repaired and Hilton would refund. Forwarded the invoices - no response. Called multiple times since Jan and dispite repeated responses that we'd get a call back from "Venu" about this, still nothing. Always told "you will be called back today" and nothing happens. Always put on hold and told customer service too busy to speak to us. Not sure if we'll ever see the money. Very disappointed.

I'd seen a particular car on auto trader selling at Hilton supermarket which was approximately 4 hours from my home, I decided to make an appointment to have the car reserved on a Sunday around 2 pm then afterwards I'd then continue my journey to stay in a hotel and see family. When we arrived the sales room was very busy but initially we didn't have to wait long for us to see a salesma who gave us the key to view the car, we then went back the sales room but had to wait to see the salesman again, it continued like that for the next 3 hours, we'd asked if the car had a full service history and was told yes it did and was assured it would be covered under the 7 year warranty, I'd noticed the one tyre needed replacing, he explained that their mechanics didn't work on Sundays so he offered me a £50 reduction off the car which I agreed to. It advertised on their website that the cars are thoroughly inspected to make you completely confident about its condition and safety. I was already tired after the long drive there and with it being so hectic in the sales room I couldn't wait to get all the paperwork done and get back on the road It was after I arrived at my family's home that it wasn't just one tyre that needed replacing but three. I just felt so annoyed and just wasn't happy with the car so decided to go to a reputable garage to part exchange the car I'd bought early September and had for 2 months. It was then I found out that in my ignorance the car did not have a full service history which reduced the sale of the car. The comparison between the Hilton supermarket and the garage I used to buy my new car was vast, it was more personal buying the car and also aftercare by ringing me up asking if everything was ok and if I had any problems I should get back to them. All in all I would not recommend Hilton supermarket

Not great customer service, kept waiting for 40 minutes after the booked appt time, then the car hadn’t been cleaned either. No apology or sincerity for the hold up. Had I have been able to find this make and model car with the same specs elsewhere I would have taken my money somewhere else.

Ali and Sorab were fantastic five stars for them. They have my full confidence. The team member who intended to pass on the general dealer costs to the tune of £2000 with no quote from any garage to substantiate the claim gets a one star from me. Overall 2 stars.

We purchased a car from Hilton Car Supermarket back in April. When we got home we noticed that all the mats were missing. I called the salesman to notify him of this and he said that he would send them to us. Over the last two months I have repeatedly called. Either the salesman is “occupied” or “not working today” and will call me back (which he never does) or when he does answer my calls he keeps telling me that he will send them. It’s nearly been 8 weeks and we still don’t have the mats!
