“5* all round. I ordered the leather bracelet for my husband's birthday. It was a great price plus I got an extra 10% off & tracked delivery. Couldn't ask for more, one satisfied customer. Thank you”

“Bought a lovely g shock from Hilliers , the price was excellent and the delivery was also good. It came over a bank holiday weekend but there we no delays. I must say I was very impressed with this family run business. Oh and BTW the watch was fantastic just what I wanted. Thank you”

“Watch not recieved, it was apoar8swnt the day after I ordered it. It is now 9 days since I ordered it and have not recieved a tracking number from Royal Mail. I have emailed Hilliers, but not had a reply. I have tried to make contact via the online form however my message will not send. So I cannot rate the watch as I do not have it. I imagine that this is an issue mainly with Royal Mail, however it would be nice if the Jewellers would send me a confirmation email to let me know they are looking into the whereabouts of my item”

“I have bought from Hillier's previously but on this occasion the watch did not suit me at all. However the returns and refund was dealt with immediately with no problems at all. Nothing wrong with the watch but a little too small for me.”
