“Ordered online which was an easy process and purchased a watch at a really good price, there was a delay in delivery but this was due to Royal Mail strikes however delighted with item when it did arrive, well packaged and arrived in immaculate condition. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them”

“I cannot thank Hillier's jewellers enough for there considerate support in purchasing the most beautiful meaningful gift meant for my mother in law who is currently going through treatment to fight lung cancer. We knew as a family this gift would mean the absolute world to her and rightly so it defiantly was just that! Adam & Lewis my myself and my family cannot Thank you both Enough for all your support in making sure we had the perfect gift in the perfect time :)”

“How wonderful to deal with such a pleasant team - shop assistant was happy to help and I was able to order my item with the help of the lads online. They knew what I wanted and had great depth of knowledge about the item. I spoke to two different lads as it was over a weekend but the follow up was excellent and they knew what each one was going. Delivery instructions were spot on and my item came when due. Well done to your family firm, it is satisfying on all accounts. Thank you and you will be my first port of call when I need anything else.”
