Very efficient service, items usually in stock or altenatives available. Delivery next day or within 2 days depending when ordered. Down side - sometimes the delivery boxes are squashed which breaks the boxes within but does not damage product just makes our storage system messy.

Ordering the item was not an issue, easy website. However we have yet to receive the item ordered, so not very good on delivery.

Hi Tracy, I'm sorry you did not receive this item when expected. As it says on our website, this item was out of stock at the time you ordered so we had to wait to receive this from the manufacturer. I can see you have now received this so hopefully that is all resolved for you. The Hillcroft website and staff on chat are brilliant and deliveries are always prompt. However, we have had several issues with delivery of cold chain items where the delivery person hasn't alerted reception staff about them and we have come close to having to write off expensive stock because of this. Thankfully the Hillcroft team often contact us by phone &/or email to check we were informed and this has saved us from financial loss. Each time this has happended we have made Hillcroft aware and we always receive an apology and assurances that this will be raised with "DX" but the issue continues to be a problem.

Great service although could the Denosumab have been packaged differently? Do you not have facilities to send cold chain with the huge amount of packaging we then need to dispose of?

Hi Sarah, Thank you very much for your review, it is much appreciated! Our priority with our cold chain packaging is ensuring that the goods are delivered safely and at the correct temperature. This involves insulated packaging which is, by nature, bulky. We do offer a free collection service of this packaging so that it can be reused. Although customer services are very helpful and quick to reply, Im finding so many products seem to be out of stock or on back order of late, extremely annoying as we have to left stocks run low to almost gone here due to storing and ensuring products are not going out of date etc

Always had a good service. Occasional episodes of items going on a abcklist/pending without awareness which is not helpful when you need things when ordered.

We do everything we can to keep stock levels high to ensure we can get your goods to you when you need them. We do sometimes have to deal with manufacturing delays on certain products which is, unfortunately, outside of our control. Please be rest assured we do everything we can to get stock as soon as it is available. As we have discussed, we have set you up with back order reports so you have more visibility of what is outstanding. In addition we have shown you where to view this information on our website so you have some awareness at the time of the order being placed. Most of the time, stock are available to order and they are helpful to help to find those items they are not shown

Generally very good but I wanted to order some Plus speculums today and, even though we have a special price, the listing still said buy 5 get one free. However, I was told that I could not do this, so that was a bit disappointing. I was told that you that you are working on your website but, if an offer is showing, I think we should be able to order.

Only just started using Hillcroft. Fast delivery. Great website that is very easy to navigate. Some things are not as cheap as other suppliers so not able to order as much from them as originally thought. However we do regularly check back to see if prices have decreased as we are aware they fluctuate.

I think the chat facility is great & everyone is always very helpful. They usually have everything in stock or an alternative to offer. Next day delivery makes things easier to keep track of for stock purposes. Although for the first time ever, it took 2 days on our last purchase (still good).
