Bad things: The order was delivered to the wrong place + I didn't receive any delivery notification! I waited for 3 weeks without knowing that the order was already delivered and when I was suspicious and emailed the customer service, they informed me that it was already delivered and that's when I discovered that it was delivered to the wrong place. Good things: Once I called to inform about the wrong delivery, another order was sent straight away and I received it in 2 days and I was getting daily email updates about the order.

Hi Amr, I'm so sorry that you had an issue with this delivery. We do our absolute best to ensure all orders are delivered correctly and on time, but on occasion our courier makes a mistake which can cause issues. I am glad to see this was rectified quickly once we were aware of it and that you received your replacement order quickly. Usually good, but of late goods are arriving damaged e.g 3 boxes of couch ordered and the rolls were all flattend and boxes all broken an ripped, dressing boxes ripped and damaged as well

Hi Angela, I'm so sorry about the trouble you have been having with your deliveries, this is absolutely not how we want you to receive your goods. I can assure you that these goods did not leave our warehouse in this state and will have unfortunately been damaged in transit. We are following up with our courier about this issue. In the meantime we are resending these goods to you free of charge, you should receive these tomorrow. Delivery was very different to how it always has been, some items came and others didn't until we enquired where they were, only part of the order was delivered with items still missing. One of the boxes was damaged but as this only contained envelopes and paper so there was no real damage.

Hello Odette, Thank you very much for your feedback – as stated on the product pages, some Stationery items take 48 hours instead of the usual 24 hours to deliver, depending on our in-house stock situation. Your website search facility is not easy - I often just want to browse different brands of goods and this isnt possible - to compare prices. Also need to put in correct term to find what you want... renewing pharmaceutical licence is a pain so I'm now buying these from our old supplier. Prefer my old supplier I'm afraid!

Regarding the license renewal for the Pharmaceutical items, I appreciate it can be frustrating but it’s something imposed on us by the MHRA and we have to comply to be able to legally supply the goods.
