“The courier did not take note of delivery time stated on outside of boxes ,to deliver before 2pm as we close at that time, and therefore took 3 deliveries to receive the delivery/Also the boxes were damaged and it did not appear that due care was exercised by the courier company in handling the delivery. The servise provided by Hillcroft itself was no problem ,but maybe review the courier used.”

“Unfortunately we have not received our delivery as the items were not in stock, understandable, however I found this out by chasing them. It would have been good service to send an email to notify me of this.”

Hello Alice, Thank you for your feedback. I understand and apologise for your frustration with stock situations at this testing time. Unfortunately, in this crisis, we are constantly fighting to find stock to meet spiralling demands… Regarding notification of out of stock items, our website does state when items are out of stock, and I can see that is the method used for your order. Likewise, for other ordering methods such as by phone, we do our best to advise when items will be to follow.
