“the company relies on online orders but lacks customer support Very disappointed with the one time I decided to speak personally to the company to have access to pharmaceutical ordering but they failed to action it and kept emailing claiming the code was posted to us but nothing has been posted over 4 weeks we are looking now for another supplier whom we can order our clinical and pharmaceutical supplies same time”

Good afternoon, Ms Kazzaz, Thank you for taking time to leave a review, it is useful to hear your feedback. We have the option of ordering either online, via email, or over the phone to cater to the preferred methods of each of our customers, our customer service team is more than happy to receive orders via phone call. I have investigated the points raised within the review and found the following: 10th October 2024 – Our customer service team received a phone call requesting authorisation to purchase pharmaceutical products from us. Our customer service advisor then spoke with our Regulatory Affairs Manager to have the form sent to you. 11th October 2024 – Our Regulatory Affairs Manager sent the form to you; this was then signed and returned to us on the same day. The pin card was dispatched once the form had been returned. 17th October 2024 – We received an email from you explaining that you had not received the pin card, and our Regulatory Affairs Manager advised that if after a couple of days, it still had not arrived, to send us an email and we will dispatch another card to you. We did not receive any further emails requesting for an additional card to be sent out. I apologise that you feel that we did not action the wish for you to order pharmaceuticals from us, but when speaking with our customer service team about pharmaceutical authorisation, they would have advised that once you had sent the signed form back, while waiting for your PIN card to arrive, you could order pharmaceutical products from us via email – as long as it was sent from your NHS email address. “quite disappointed as having to chase you for the delivery of our order I was simply fobbed off by informing me the order will be received by end of last week but nothing received and we are now looking at another supplier so we can cancel the outstanding order which you have no idea when the delivery date is”
