“Hillcroft staff are always on hand to answer queries and respond to "not online" queries just as quickly. They are always polite and helpful and offer alternative suggestions if applicable. The online Chat Service is marvellous. If staffs are unable to help they always respond via email. The turn around between ordering and delivery is outstanding. Packaging is always clearly marked and products are appropriately packaged.”

“Your website search facility is not easy - I often just want to browse different brands of goods and this isnt possible - to compare prices. Also need to put in correct term to find what you want... renewing pharmaceutical licence is a pain so I'm now buying these from our old supplier. Prefer my old supplier I'm afraid!”

The website search function is something that is very high on our priority list as we are aware of its limitations – as always, the team are available to help you find anything you need – via either phone, email or instant Live Chat. Regarding the license renewal for the Pharmaceutical items, I appreciate it can be frustrating but it’s something imposed on us by the MHRA and we have to comply to be able to legally supply the goods.
