Hi Tracy, I'm sorry you did not receive this item when expected. As it says on our website, this item was out of stock at the time you ordered so we had to wait to receive this from the manufacturer. I can see you have now received this so hopefully that is all resolved for you. “Usually good, but of late goods are arriving damaged e.g 3 boxes of couch ordered and the rolls were all flattend and boxes all broken an ripped, dressing boxes ripped and damaged as well”

Hi Angela, I'm so sorry about the trouble you have been having with your deliveries, this is absolutely not how we want you to receive your goods. I can assure you that these goods did not leave our warehouse in this state and will have unfortunately been damaged in transit. We are following up with our courier about this issue. In the meantime we are resending these goods to you free of charge, you should receive these tomorrow. “The Hillcroft website and staff on chat are brilliant and deliveries are always prompt. However, we have had several issues with delivery of cold chain items where the delivery person hasn't alerted reception staff about them and we have come close to having to write off expensive stock because of this. Thankfully the Hillcroft team often contact us by phone &/or email to check we were informed and this has saved us from financial loss. Each time this has happended we have made Hillcroft aware and we always receive an apology and assurances that this will be raised with "DX" but the issue continues to be a problem.”
