“Bad things: The order was delivered to the wrong place + I didn't receive any delivery notification! I waited for 3 weeks without knowing that the order was already delivered and when I was suspicious and emailed the customer service, they informed me that it was already delivered and that's when I discovered that it was delivered to the wrong place. Good things: Once I called to inform about the wrong delivery, another order was sent straight away and I received it in 2 days and I was getting daily email updates about the order.”

Hi Amr, I'm so sorry that you had an issue with this delivery. We do our absolute best to ensure all orders are delivered correctly and on time, but on occasion our courier makes a mistake which can cause issues.
