“I love the ease with which I can order the supplies. If I can't find something on the website the chat support is great and I always get help or information I need. Once I was not sure about something and they've managed to email me a picture that I showed to a clinician so that I knew I was ordering the correct things. Most of the time the delivery is next day unless something is not in stock which the website warns you about and they have it on back order for you. As soon as it becomes available they send it right out.”
