We’ve been helping our customers create beautiful homes with our made-to-measure blinds, curtains, shutters and awnings for over 50 years.

Choosing the right window treatments can feel overwhelming, but with Hillarys you don't have to worry. When you buy a window dressing from us you can be sure it’s been lovingly finished to the highest standard by our skilled manufacturing team.

Every new design goes through a rigorous testing process that checks it will meet the demands of the average home. If the fabrics don’t meet our standards, they don’t make it into our range. Only the best performing styles should be in your home. It’s as simple as that!

When you book an in-home appointment, your friendly and knowledgeable local advisor will bring along samples of our full product range for you to have a look at, and they’ll work with you to find the right solution for your space. Our team knows all the tricks of the trade, bringing years of experience and expertise right to your doorstep.

They’ll take care of everything, from precise measuring to flawless installation, for a stress-free and stylish finish.

It’s true, from the minute you get in touch to the magical moment you stand back and admire the end result, we’re only happy when you are. In fact, everyone at Hillarys cares about your home as much as you do and we really do take pride in getting it just right, which includes tidying up and leaving your home just as we found it too.

“I'm very happy with the service I received from Hillarys this month :) The Cirencester advisor Eddie Nellist was excellent. He explained everything well during the initial consultation, and took all the measurements efficiently whilst also giving me plenty of time to look through the folder and choose fabrics. There was no pressure to choose a certain way - in the end I went with just having one blind in my flat installed rather than all of them, so I could take my time deciding on patterns, and that wasn't a problem. Eddie was really respectful and friendly too, and he did a great job of fitting the blinds I chose. The blind is beautiful and perfectly fitted; I'm really happy with it :) I'll definitely go to Hillarys again. Thank you!”

“I have wanted shutters for a long time, just had to convince hubby ,he relented and we are so glad he did as we are both delighted with them. The whole process from beginning to end was so easy,the fitter Andy was so professional and made his job look so simple, he was very tidy and cleared up after the job was done.”

“Robert came to measure up, followed quite soon afterwards by Kristian to fit two blackout skylight blinds in my recently built flat roof extension. The blinds open and close electronically. Subsequently, there was a minor hitch which Kristian returned to rectify and I am delighted with the resultant blinds. Thank you Hilarys for providing an excellent customer service both on the telephone and in person.”

“My advisor was Gordon Uddin 116238. True asset to the company. Hillarys business model is fantastic they come in for initial consultation at no cost, go through all options with no pressure pushy sales tactic. They measure give price's there and then instantly also fit date is given at point of sale. They then come back and fit with no fuss and no mess, all backed up with a no quibble guarantee.”

“I have recently had curtains fitted with Hillarys, and sadly, I have been left both upset and disappointed from the lack of service and disregard. From the initial fitting appointments to the curtains that I am left with today. There are 3 main issues: 1. Curtain length 2. Curtain hooks installation 3. Hillary's "customer service" 1. Curtain length During the initial fitting and a second appointment, I specifically instructed Hillarys that I wanted the curtains to be floor length, which is the main reason for getting curtains in the first instance, to stop light from entering and block any draught gaps. I was even happy for the curtains to pool, which I told the salesman. The curtains that have been fitted are not floor length, and let a lot of light through. When I queried this with customer services, the representative denied this outright, and stated I am lying and have never mentioned this. The business now refuse to take this matter any further. 2. Curtain hooks The curtain hooks installed are uneven on both sides, which is not what you'd expect for the premium paid for Hillarys "service". 3. Hillary's "customer service" I have contacted Hillarys regarding the length of the curtains, to which they have stated that they are not willing to assist me, and that this is their "final stance" on the matter. I have spent thousands with this company, the results are not what I paid for and feel like I've been treated incredibly unfairly and taken advantage of. Appalling customer service, zero after care - they will fob you off as soon as you pay them. Avoid this company at all cost.”
