We’ve been helping our customers create beautiful homes with our made-to-measure blinds, curtains, shutters and awnings for over 50 years.

Choosing the right window treatments can feel overwhelming, but with Hillarys you don't have to worry. When you buy a window dressing from us you can be sure it’s been lovingly finished to the highest standard by our skilled manufacturing team.

Every new design goes through a rigorous testing process that checks it will meet the demands of the average home. If the fabrics don’t meet our standards, they don’t make it into our range. Only the best performing styles should be in your home. It’s as simple as that!

When you book an in-home appointment, your friendly and knowledgeable local advisor will bring along samples of our full product range for you to have a look at, and they’ll work with you to find the right solution for your space. Our team knows all the tricks of the trade, bringing years of experience and expertise right to your doorstep.

They’ll take care of everything, from precise measuring to flawless installation, for a stress-free and stylish finish.

From start to finish i was really impressed with Dave. He listened to my requirements abd advised accordingly. He was on time for his appointment and totally respectful of my home. He was recomnended to me having had my bew kitchen installed, the final finishing touch were my blinds. Great colour and completed the look i wanted. So happy

Shaun advised me on black out roller blinds and he was very good. He fitted them on the day that was scheduled and was very good and no mess. I'm really pleased with them and the price and would recommend Hillarys Blinds.

Right from the beginning we received great service. Customer service was 5Stars. The consultant was extremely knowledgeable of products and what would suit our windows. The consultant fitted the blinds and was very efficient, clean and tidy. we are very happy with our blinds.

We saw their electric blinds at a friend's house. With 5 windows in one room we decided to have change. We're delighted we did. Their agent Martin Silarski was excellent. Informative and professional he made the choice very easy. The blinds are first class and have changed the room for the better.

Hilary’s Blinds have been amazing in helping me out with blinds for my new home. I moved in and didn’t have window fittings for any of the windows. Simon from Hilary’s Blinds came out and measured up for me and I couldn’t initially afford everything I wanted. He worked with me and still took all my measurements. Keeping some on file for nearly a year and he gave me support and helped me do each one when I was ready. He has been out four times and it’s him each time. The personal touch is amazing and the customer care went beyond what I expected. The actual blinds are amazing too. Strong and perfectly fitted. I wasnt judged or treated differently because I couldn’t afford them all at once either. I felt taken care of and I cannot recommend them enough.

I had a very frustrating experience with Hillarys Blinds. The salesperson did not show up for the first appointment, with no message or phone call to inform me. On the second attempt, despite confirming the appointment in the morning, the salesperson called 30 minutes before the scheduled time, essentially saying that if I didn’t answer my phone, he wouldn’t come. This was a complete waste of my day and very unprofessional. I expected better service from a company with such a reputation. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very disappointed and I would not recommend them.

It has been an ongoing saga from when we placed the order back in February this year. The sales person sold us inset door blinds for the french doors and shutters for the 3 lounge windows, of which we paid the full amount of £834.62 and half the shutters cost of £1251.89. The inset door blinds have been fitted incorrectly and we are still waiting for a maintenance call out to put these right. The shutters were due to be fitted on 31/5 and we are still waiting to date. We have made many phone calls and several emails to your customer services. Most calls are greeted with the same reply, we are trying to sort these issues out! We can not seem to speak to anyone higher than a customer service advisor! We are going to take thus to someone high in authority.

Brilliant service. Chap called, measured, discussed in detail and ordered wooden slatted blinds for us. Three weeks later, as promised, he fitted them perfectly. Couldn't be happier.

I had custom venetian blind made, the slats, length, etc are ok, but the cords are very poor quality and get twisted up. £250.00 It is certainly not worth the money!

100 Trustpilot pages of 1 star reviews !! Ordered and paid for Venetian blinds over two weeks ago. Advised fitter would contact me with a fitting date in two weeks when the blinds would be ready. Heard nothing. Called Hillarys to progress this and told nothing has been done or made because the order was not passed to manufacturing and they don't have the parts. No idea when they may deign to put this right and told I will have to wait ..........unbelievable !!! Don't take notice of the percentage of reviews this bunch of cowboys has over 100 pages of 1 star negative reviews. However 100% score for their self proclaiming expertise and claims to market leadership in their phoney advertising. I quote "you're in safe hands with the experts" and "the fitting process will go like a dream". More like a bunch of cowboys in a nightmare. Look at the 100 pages of negative 1 star reviews before you go anywhere near these wasters. I don't like anonymous posts. My name is Martyn Skues, my victim, or should I say "customer" number is 11224154.

Over priced rubbish and very messy worker leaving bits of plastic all over the place in my house and refusing to take his rubbish with him Cheaper alts just as good!

Stuart, the Hillarys Operative was very helpful in both the sales process and the installation of our new curtains. He was courteous, kind and very tidy The only issue we have is the magnets at the top of each curtain don’t hold. He tried to modify them but without success. He told us he would find a solution and return, but to date, has not done so. Don’t want to complain because he is such a nice bloke, but we would like it resolved.
