“Lack of communication re my order. When I phoned customer services at the store to enquire when I could collect my order the person I spoke to cut off my phone call twice and then could not help me but after me having to ask her to look into the order she said she would try and find out and would call me back. Eventually she phoned me but only let the phone ring a few times before she hung up.The shop number was shown on my phone so I called her back and was told my order was there. After picking my order up I received a message some time later to tell me it was available for collection! The lack of decent customer service was such that I will never order again. No one seemed to know or care if I was having a problem.”
