“All stsff were extremely helpful & friendly. I'd made an error with my online order so wemt intonthe store & They quickly sorted things for me. The two men that delivered my Cushion Storage box were lovely & friendly. I have not yet unpacked the item yet as I will need help as Im an elderly lady. Look forward to being able to use it. Highly recommend The Highway Store.”

“Click & collect wasn't very efficient as I believed that my order would be in store for collection the next day. However staff told me that I should wait for an email to confirm that it had arrived from the warehouse. I discovered when I arrived home, that the email had now arrived about half an hour after talking to staff. That involved another trip (from North Walsham) to collect again. Not very happy!! Should be a better system in place & staff should know where to look as they seemed very confused.”
