“Click & collect wasn't very efficient as I believed that my order would be in store for collection the next day. However staff told me that I should wait for an email to confirm that it had arrived from the warehouse. I discovered when I arrived home, that the email had now arrived about half an hour after talking to staff. That involved another trip (from North Walsham) to collect again. Not very happy!! Should be a better system in place & staff should know where to look as they seemed very confused.”

“Highways is always such a welcoming store. Whenever I visit - be it at Christmas, or anytime of the year - I never fail to be amazed by the wonderful choice you have on offer;something for everybody. The cafe and restaurant are super too. Judi and Vicky who I often have a chat with, are so friendly and approachable- they are both ⭐️ staff members! This year, I must congratulate you on your totally amazing Christmas display. It’s always super but it seemingly gets better year on year. Who needs Notcutts 😉Thank you Gill Allen”

“Good Old Fashioned Customer Service - has always been the Case - especially with the Roy Family - Roys has never lost that Family feel - ive worked for Roys twice in my life time - they have always been excellent to work for and excellent as a customer - I miss seeing old Mr Roy though - he was always so funny and made me laugh .”
