The service we had from the time we first call Hideaway Beds was exceptional. We spoke with three different staff members and all were friendly and very efficient. They always responded quickly. We paid Emma for a mattress and they/UPS never delivered it. Wishing we went straight to Hideaway in Plymouth in the first place. We will most certainly go back again to Hideaway next time

Hideaway Beds delivered My Order on time and they were extremely helpful with their customer service and gave all the resources needed which allowed me to build the bed. The bed is extremely compact which is amazing as it is exactly what I needed as I now have space for my photography studio, Gym space and VR space which transformed the room to be multipurposeful.
