The service we had from the time we first call Hideaway Beds was exceptional. We spoke with three different staff members and all were friendly and very efficient. They always responded quickly. We paid Emma for a mattress and they/UPS never delivered it. Wishing we went straight to Hideaway in Plymouth in the first place. We will most certainly go back again to Hideaway next time
