They operate from a distribution centre in Devon where many products are available for next day dispatch from stock.

“Very comfortable and soft mattress. Great value and much thicker than expected. Used for an Air bnb and everyone surprised how comfortable this hideaway bed is. Would highly recommend.”

“An excellent bed that has created so much space within our spare bedroom. Straight forward putting it together however make sure you have someone (or couple of people) to lift it upstairs with you as it is very heavy. But amazing bed and is so comfortable. The mattress is fab and not as we thought. We expected something flimsy but this was excellent and gave a goodnight sleep!”

“5 stars as they were truly a pleasure to deal with. What a pleasure to deal with Hideaway Beds. Same day polite and helpful responses to emails and delivery of my Diva bed to the timescale we needed it (builders weren't ready to put it up for a while). We also bought a mattress slightly later. I had thought we could use one we had but neglected to read that it had to be of a certain depth or less to fit into the cabinet. Thank you Michael of Hideaway beds! I was nervous about spending such a sum online but I needn't have been concerned.”

I’m pretty sure I was not the easiest of customers and Michael was polite, helpful, and dealt with all my queries quickly,, either by email or over the phone. Very satisfied all round and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.”

“Bed components arrived on time. Building and fitting the bed took 3 days, various new drills, holes that needed drilling on the frame, 5 sheared bolts and instructions that defied understanding in places. I do have a brain. No way could this be assembled in the 110 minutes mentioned at the beginning of the instructions. In the end, the bed is good and does the job but....”

“This Hideaway Bed was easy to assemble with the idiot proof instructions to follow. The service and delivery was excellent and with delivery date and time specified. It certainly gives a small room the option of a spare bedroom and office combined.”

“We placed our order shortly before lockdown which meant a delay of several months. However, Michael kept us informed of the current situation throughout, we were completely satisfied that the bed would be delivered at the earliest possible date in light of the lockdown. The bed was delivered very promptly once lockdown was lifted, by two very courteous delivery men. We are absolutely delighted with the service we recieved and with the product we purchased. Michael has been in touch since delivery to make sure we were completely satisfied, couldn't fault any aspect of our purchase experience.”
