“AS AN OVERSEAS CUSTOMER, I HAVE TO POINT OUT THE EXTREMELY WELL ORGANIZED OUTFIT RUN BY THIS COMPANY AND THE PROFESSIONALISM DEMONSTRATED BY THOSE RESPONSIBLE WITH DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS WERE GIVEN TO THE COMPANY IN RELATION TO THE DELIVERY OF THE ITEMS WHICH WERE FOLLOWED TO A 'T'. THE END RESULT BEING THAT THE ITEMS WERE RECEIVED PROMPTLY AND IN PERFECT CONDITION. A LOVELY AND WELL CONSTRUCTED BED, WHICH HAS ALREADY BEEN FITTED AND WORKING CORRECTLY. I DO SUGGEST, HOWEVER, THAT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY COULD BE MADE SOMEWHAT EASIER TO FOLLOW.”
