About Hetty's Herbs & Plants:

We are a family owned and run online business based in the flat Lincolnshire Fens. Selling a wide selection of potted herbs and plants all year round. Our plants are all grown locally and are all individually hand selected by us for your order so that great care is taken to send out the best quality plants. All orders are picked within 24 hours of being dispatched, carefully packaged by hand and sent via a 24 delivery service to ensure that your plants are fresh on delivery to you. “Very good quality plants well packed and have settled in nicely”

“Although the plants were very well packaged it took 12 days for them to reach me via DPD, by this time all except 2 of the 7 plants I ordered were rotten. Unfortunately they wouldn't replace them or refund me as I hadn't contacted them earlier to advise of non receipt. As I live on an Island I am well used to not receiving items at the stated time so there is no point chasing within a few days. Other companies have always replaced or refunded when items haven't arrived in good condition. As I'm out of pocket I won't be using again which I am disappointed about.”
