“Bought a pair of silver earrings, unfortunately one broke as I was putting it on. Emailed amd got a reply straight away and they sent a new one out and pre paid envelope to return broken one. Excellent service would use again as earrings are lovely”

“Having purchased from Hersey previously it seemed natural to look at their children’s items. We weren’t disappointed. The range was good and the earrings were chose looked perfect. They arrived very quickly and were so much better than the picture. I think this is a brilliant company with excellent service as well as a wide range of jewellery items.”
