“It has become a Christmas tradition for the last 4 years that I drive out on Christmas Eve and pick up the Rooster. Even after all the effort they put in year round, the staff are friendly, polite and welcoming on collection. The bird is well prepared, a great weight and cooks beautifully, especially with the added instructions. The roosters doesn’t need bacon or any additions other than salt and pepper to taste fabulous. If you are paying the money for a bird do yourself a favour and buy a meat thermometer to really do it justice. Fantastic produce and the feel good factor of supporting some local businesses.”
